And, I, a Knight amongst Beasts and men without toes to stand right, awoke to the Great Sound of an Angel, named, He, with the word of a Lord; and Spake He with Thund’rous Voice, saying unto I, ‘[t]he pathway to the Stars: yea, the Ladder that doth lead the Soul to the Spirit where Life floweth in the Fountain of the Waters across the ALL: High, and Higher than Thine small Firmament.
It is Within, as Without. So saith I, an El from Above.’ And was I transposed to a land filled equally of Light and Night; like Two Great Pillars that do hold the Sun and Moon upon Their shoulders.
And, b’twixt those Clay Legs was like a hairy, wild Goat with a magical, iron collar around His neck, bringing torment and suffocation endlessly in His Hades, yet, lived He still and mightily. Upon His head; yea, a cubed House of Death, was an upside-down crown and it didst give Him authority over the Land of Terra: a shackle-maker He, Terrible Hephaestus.
Then the Angel of Light took Me by the Right Hand and led Myself, a Unicorn, to the foot of a Mountain which doth greatly rise eternally without end.
And the foot of that Infinite Hill was Dark; aye, in the shadow of the Light Far Above did We walk until the Darkness receded: slowly and yet slower still, but onwards forever and ever without cessation. Now a cliff We did come to, like a small but intimidating obstacle obstructing the Long Road.
But the Angel didst bring forth radiance and shown across the Veil was like unto a Ladder, and 30 and 3 were Its rungs.
Seven were the Realms of Light and Darkness I, a Knight with a Horn, didst pass through, seeing before Me Great Angels and Gods, giving They Me strength to climb and gifts; yea, even gifts of Magical Wands, and Swords for Building, and Rulers, and Edges, and Scepters, and Arrows until, at last, in much Time reached I the final, yet not final, rung. Then, before Me was a Light not like the Stars, but greater and Brighter.
With the Words of Power, with Magical Will, and the WORD, was an invisible hoodwink lifted and through the Light not like Light shown forth a peculiar Cup; aye, a Chalice containing sweet Honey Wine of an endless depth. And the Mysterious Angel did raise His Weightless Hand, and revealed He I a Hidden Eye floating gently, peacefully upon the Wine which comfort with warming warmth. And that Eye was an Eye, yet unlike an Eye, and it was a Mystery in plain sight. And the Eye looked too, at I, and said He, ‘Man, Within find the Light which pierceth the cloudy Veil.
Within find the Horus’. And the Voice came from Without, but also Within. And pondered I over that Eye; indeed, and considered it much, wondering after Its nature. And when I looked deeper, found I like two Special Stones within It, but seemed They not as Stones.
And it was given Me those Secret Stones, for with They arose infinite infinities of infinite multitudes; yea, Golden Keys were They to the Gates which leadeth Upward to the Realms of Light: Plenoria of Thrones and Life and Pureness.
So was I, Knight of Men, told to use Them as I wilt, and grow Them like Seedlings Within Me.
Then didst the Angel called Michael depart, and knew I then His Name, for became I, at last, one with the Light…
